Tank Cleaning Station
There are 2 cleaning bays at your disposal based on reliable KARCHER technology.
Chemical bay:
- Separated ATEX zone
- 3 cleaning heads with 90 bar 9000 ltr/h pressure
- 1 cleaning head with 40 bar pressure 3000 ltr/h dedicated to tank cars with chemical-resistant lining
- Maximum cleaning temperature of 85°C
- Automatic dosing system for chemicals with different PH
- Tank drying after cleaning
Food bay:
- 3 cleaning heads with a pressure of 90 bar, 9000 liters per hour
- Maximum cleaning temperature 85°C
- Automatic chemical dosing system with differentiated PH
- PH, ATP, and turbidity testing
- Drying of the tank and unloading hoses after cleaning
In addition, we offer:
- Depot and tank container washing
- Washing of silos and feed trucks
- Washing of IBCs / DPPLs
- Cleaning with ionized water
- Product heating with steam (185°C) or hot water (30-70°C), we also have the ability to heat the tank / tank container not equipped with a heating system
- Nitriding tankers, container tanks, and other containers
- 2.5-year and 5-year inspections of tank containers
We wash ADR chemical food products (Classes 3,6.1,8 and 9) and neutral products.
